the_directory | May Directory & Poll

This is a catch-all directory for canon characters. A dedicated directory for original characters is under construction. I'm trying a new format this month and would appreciate any feedback you'd like to submit on the guidelines entry. Also, please vote in the poll below about the posting schedule of future directories!

Posting a Canon Heading
- Alphabetical top levels have been provided. Please respond to it with an empty comment to start a canon thread.
   ✔ See "A > Avatar" for an example.
- Articles such as a/an/the should not be used for alphabetizing.
   ✔ See "W > The Walking Dead" for an example.
- Please do not lump canons together, even for sake of streamlining.
   ✖ "Podcasts" is a medium and "Sports Anime" is a genre.
   ✔ "MCU" shares multiverse and "Game of Thrones" book and show characters are essentially the same.
NEW! - Franchises may be used as an umbrella header. Please create a franchise comment and respond with specific canon threads. This will keep them together but still distinguish the different canons.
   ✔ See "F > Final Fantasy" for an example.

- Post multiple times with specific character journals, or reply once with a list (so long as they apply to the same canon).
- DO NOT post an empty comment. Give other players a sense of what you're open to or interested in writing.

Offering: rinoa heartilly ( she is compatible for dissidia, as well, can work for KH compatibility as well )
Seeking: FF8 castmates, FF castmates ( i know ff7 is around due to remake so hmu but any ff is great ) & crosscanon.
Shipping: f/m but f/f is fine with some FF castmates. squall is a given, as hinted at the start, I'm open to shipping with other FF or KH characters but will depend on chemistry. for cross canon, ask me as it will depend on the canon and my familiarity with it, not interested in shipping with oc's though, build-up is a great plus. just not interested in shipping with seifer and zell.
Location / Style of play: memes, psl's, open posts | prose/action is fine but will match style, I tend to be a lot on mobile during the week due to work.
Schedule / Timezone: CST
Other info: I love au's so you can hit me with those, gen is more than fine as friendships, also do keep in mind I can be a bit slow due to work so backtagging is a thing.
