the_directory | May Directory & Poll

This is a catch-all directory for canon characters. A dedicated directory for original characters is under construction. I'm trying a new format this month and would appreciate any feedback you'd like to submit on the guidelines entry. Also, please vote in the poll below about the posting schedule of future directories!

Posting a Canon Heading
- Alphabetical top levels have been provided. Please respond to it with an empty comment to start a canon thread.
   ✔ See "A > Avatar" for an example.
- Articles such as a/an/the should not be used for alphabetizing.
   ✔ See "W > The Walking Dead" for an example.
- Please do not lump canons together, even for sake of streamlining.
   ✖ "Podcasts" is a medium and "Sports Anime" is a genre.
   ✔ "MCU" shares multiverse and "Game of Thrones" book and show characters are essentially the same.
NEW! - Franchises may be used as an umbrella header. Please create a franchise comment and respond with specific canon threads. This will keep them together but still distinguish the different canons.
   ✔ See "F > Final Fantasy" for an example.

Offering: Kamado Tanjiro
Seeking: Any and all castmates! I'd be open to trying some cross-canon with other anima/manga series but tbh I can kinda suck at it if I'm canon blind ;;
Shipping: Open to other slayers and hashira, especially but not limited to Giyuu. Maybe one or two of the demons but only with the right kind of CR build up
Location / Style of play: I prefer memes or PSLs and lean towards present-tense action since I'm the fastest with it. If you're patient enough for it, I'm comfortable with past-tense prose as well
Schedule / Timezone: UTC+9 and tend to tag on the weekends. For shorter tags and especially text, I'm fast enough to do some during the week if my workload isn't too heavy
Other info: Up to date with anime and reading the manga when the official translations come out

Offering: muichiro tokiko, giyu tomioka, doma
Seeking: castmates! but anyone really. I am open to crosscanon interactions because i'll be happy to tag anyone, just be patient if i am a little slow with canons i am not familiar with.
Shipping: for muichiro i would love to try some shippy interactions with tanjiro. that's really it for him because the bias is so obvious. for giyu i would love aus with sabito, also i would like to try writing him against a shinobu. as for douma. he's a bit tricky but upper moons are good. i am willing to try aus with shinobu.
Location / Style of play: i am currently voice testing all three characters and trying to get more confident with them. i am sticking to memes and psls but in the future i do hope to join a game with one of them. specially one with castmates. as for rp style i am willing to do both long and short replies. really i am not picky about anything.
Schedule / Timezone: my timezone is utc-5 but i don't have a set schedule for replies currently. they can come out at any time, so if that's not a problem tag me, just be patient getting a reply back. i am also quite accommodating and can wait to receive replies back.
Other info: i am up to date with the manga so i don't mind spoilers at all.
